Therapy Intensives

A Deeper, More Focused Approach to Healing

At times, weekly therapy may not provide the space needed to fully address what feels stuck or urgent.
Therapy intensives offer a focused, extended space to work through patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics with greater depth.

What Is an Intensive?

A therapy intensive is a 3-hour, in-person session designed for deeper exploration and meaningful progress.

The extended format allows us to spend more time with what matters most—understanding what’s influencing your current experience, including how early attachment experiences contribute to patterns, emotional responses, and ways of relating that continue into the present. Within this space, we may integrate narrative, somatic, parts-based work, and art expression to support meaningful, lasting healing.

An optional follow-up session can be scheduled if additional support feels helpful or is needed.

Intensives are valuable for both individuals and couples.

Intensives are typically offered to established clients who have developed a foundation of safety, stability and the ability to regulate their system.

Common Areas of Focus

Attachment and relational dynamics

Communication challenges and recurring conflict cycles

Trauma and unresolved experiences

Cycles that feel difficult to shift

Life transitions and decision-making

The goal is not just insight, but meaningful, lasting change—helping you move beyond familiar patterns toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional stability.
