Therapy Intensives

Extended, focused sessions designed to support deeper, more meaningful work.

Intensives are ideal if you’re feeling stuck, navigating a significant life or relationship issue, or wanting to go deeper than weekly sessions allow.

Intensives allow us to move beyond surface-level work and create meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Intensives are typically offered to current clients who have established a foundation of safety and stability , allowing us to move into deeper work together.
