Therapy Intensives
Extended, focused sessions designed to support deeper, more meaningful work.
A 3-hour in-person session allows us to move beyond surface-level conversations and create real momentum in a shorter period of time.
Intensives are ideal if you’re feeling stuck, navigating a significant life or relationship issue, or wanting to go deeper than weekly sessions allow.
Intensives allow us to move beyond surface-level work and create meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Intensives are typically offered to current clients who have established a foundation of safety and stability , allowing us to move into deeper work together.
$800 per intensive
Intensives are offered as a private-pay service. A superbill may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Together, we explore attachment patterns, early life experiences (“Life Scripts”), and the messages you may have internalized about yourself and others. This work allows for deeper understanding, healing, and the ability to move from feeling stuck toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
